This tool controls the color scheme of an image and changes its base color to any specified hue. The base color of the image is the dominant shade of the image. It is the color that primarily makes up the image. For example, an image may be in sepia tones, blue tones, or gray tones. The program can accept any multi-colored image as input and set a single, new hue for all pixels. It does this by adjusting one of the three components of the HSL color model, namely, the hue. The program changes the hues of all image pixels to the value you specify in the option for the new base color. At the same time, the program keeps the other two components of the HSL model unchanged, namely, saturation and lightness. As a result, the image acquires a new atmospheric tone and retains its properties of darkness, lightness, and saturation. Once you have found the perfect base color for your image, you can download it in PNG, JPEG, or Webp format of your choice. Image-abulous!
