With this browser-based application, you can find Easter dates for each year (in the Western/Gregorian calendar). You can specify the start and end years of the date search interval, and you'll get a list of all Easter dates in the specified year range. You can choose the calendar format in which you want to display the Easter dates, and optionally create a custom date format. You can also control zero-padding of the date components and specify the Easter date separator symbol. Created by computer nerds from team Browserling.

This is a quick online utility for finding the date of the Christian Easter Sunday of a given year. Easter (also known as Pascha) is celebrated in the spring, on the first Sunday after the full moon. In Western Christianity, Easter is calculated using the Gregorian calendar and always falls on a Sunday in the period from March 22 to April 25. Our astrological algorithm prints the date of Easter of every year. All you have to do is enter a year or a range of years in the options. At the moment, you can find Gregorian (Western) Easter dates but coming soon, you will also be able to find Julian (Orthodox) Easter dates. For example, in 2023 Western Easter is celebrated on April 9 and in 2024 on March 31. When you specify a range of years in the options, you'll get a list of Easter dates in that date interval. For example, you can specify the start year of 2021 and an end year of 2030, and you'll get all the Easter dates in that 10-year period. By default, the Easter dates are displayed in a column (using the separator "\n"), but you can display them as a string by specifying any other separator in the options (for example, a comma ", ", or a semicolon "; "). You can choose an Easter date format in the options, for example, "2024-03-31" or "Sun, Mar 31, 2024" and optionally remove the zero padding from years, months, days. You can also create a custom Easter date format using the specifiers: "YYYY" (for years), "MM" (for months), and "DD" (for days). Finally, a fun fact – while making this program, we found out that the most frequent Gregorian Easter date is April 19th. Easterabulous!

In this example, we find all the dates for celebrating the Western Easter from 2020 to 2030. Each year the date of Easter varies from March to April. We print the dates in the format "YYYY-MM-DD" and put them in a vertical text column.
This example generates 6 Christian Easter dates from the previous 20th century. It prints the dates for 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, and 1990. It uses a shortened name for months and a date format without padding and separates them with a vertical bar character.
In this example, we find the closest next extreme Easter date. As you know, in Western Christianity, Easter always falls in the range from March 22 to April 25. An extreme Easter date is one that is either on March 22 or April 25, and it's very rare when that happens. Here, we calculate the date of Easter in 2038, which happens to be the next closest extreme date. We create a custom format for this date, where we add the name of the Easter weekday (which is always Sunday), print the month in words, and the date as an ordinal number. Also, just so that you know, other past and future extreme Easters are on March 22nd, 1818 and 2285, and April 25 1886 and 1943.
