With this browser-based application, you can create a personalized Memento Mori calendar. The calendar displays how many weeks (or months) a person has lived and it can be customized for any person's age. You can enter your birthday in the options and immediately fill the cells of the calendar. You can also display the age scale on the calendar, specify the name of the calendar, and change the calendar colors. Created by computer nerds from team Browserling.

This is a quick online utility for creating your own Memento Mori calendar. The Memento Mori calendar visualizes a person's life by showing how many weeks or months they have lived in a form of table cells. If the expected age of a person is 80 years, then this time period is displayed as 4160 weekly cells or 960 monthly cells. The calendar helps you focus on the current moment of your life, evaluate your opportunities, and follow the course of your life. Translated from the Latin language, Memento Mori means "remember your life is finite". In this program, you can create a personalized Memento Mori calendar, save and print it, and then fill each next square, marking a passing week or month. In the options, you can set the name of your calendar, add padding around the margins, and choose between a "Weekly Calendar" and a "Monthly Calendar". The weekly calendar consists of 52 cells per line, which correspond to 52 weeks of a year. The monthly calendar consists of 12 cells, which corresponds to 12 months of a year. You can specify how many years the calendar should be designed for (the default is 80 years). Optionally, you can add the age scale that marks each calendar row with a year of life. You can also enter your birthday in the format "YYYY-MM-DD" in the options (for example, 1995-04-09). If you enter your birthday, the program will prefill the calendar cells up to today. The filled part of the calendar reflects the life already lived, and the empty cells of the calendar represent the future. The rest of the options decorate the calendar by changing its background color, the color of cell's border, the fill color of cells, and the color of calendar's title and age scale. Use the Save as button to download the Memento Mori calendar as an image. Coming soon, you'll also be able to download it as PDF. At the moment, to print it, simply open the downloaded image and send it to the printer. Timeabulous!

In this example, we create an empty Memento Mori Life calendar. The calendar is designed for 80 years and contains 52 weeks of the year on each line. The calendar uses the black color for cells and text and the background is white. It also has a title and a vertical age scale. You can download this calendar, print it as a PDF, and fill the cells every week.
In this example, we draw a personalized life expectancy calendar. We set the expected age of a person to be 100 years and also enter the person's birthday to be January 14th, 1990. When the calendar is drawn, it consists of 100 rows with 52 weeks in each row, and about a third of the calendar is filled, which shows the life that has already passed. We use the "darkslateblue" color for the cell fill and text, "dimgray" for the border of the cells, and "white" for the background.
In this example, we create a life calendar for Simba – our beloved cat. As cats live approximately 16 years, we generate a monthly calendar for this time period. We also indicate Simba's birthday in the options. We set the background color to "lightyellow", draw the cells with "midnightblue" color, print the name of the calendar and the age scale with "navy" color, and fill the passed months with "darkcyan" color.
