This browser-based utility right-pads Unicode data. Anything that you paste or enter in the text area as the input automatically gets right-padded as the output. It supports all Unicode symbols and it works with emoji characters. You can set any character to fill Unicode text and specify the desired length of the padded Unicode text. Created by encoding gurus from team Browserling.

This utility pads Unicode text on the right side. You can specify the required number of characters in the final data and our algorithm will calculate the number of fill characters to add at the end of the text to meet this requirement. You can use any Unicode character as the fill character. It can be regular letters and numbers, or special Unicode symbols, emojis, and even character combinations. We also have the multi-line option that applies the right-pad algorithm to several lines at once so that they form a solid column with all lines having roughly the same width and exactly the same number of characters in them.

We also have the multi-line option that applies the right-pad algorithm to several lines at once so that they form a solid column with all lines having roughly the same width and exactly the same number of characters in them.
In this example, we pad the right side of a very beautiful French phrase "πβπππ ππΆ ππΎπ" that translates to "That's life" in English. We use the flower Unicode symbol "β" to expand this phrase to 22 characters in length.
This example creates a musical composition using special music symbols. It pads five clef characters with five-line staff symbols to make each line 16 position wide.
In this example, we right-pad a list of Unicode meat emoticons. We put the triangle symbol "β" at the end of each line so that all their lengths are 25 characters. Because some symbols are meatier than others and have slightly different widths, the output isn't a perfectly straight data column but is a little bit curved.
You can pass input to this tool via ?input query argument and it will automatically compute output. Here's how to type it in your browser's address bar. Click to try!
