This browser-based utility converts fancy Unicode numbers back to regular numbers. All the Unicode digits that you paste or enter in the text area as the input automatically get converted to regular ASCII numbers in the output. It normalizes over a dozen various Unicode number fonts as well as Emoji numbers, Roman numerals, and mirror digits. You can also preserve some Unicode digits by entering them in the options field. Created by encoding gurus from team Browserling.

This online program normalizes Unicode numbers. It finds all the digits from a variety of Unicode fonts in the input string and converts them into regular Arabic numbers. It can recognize more than 20 Unicode number formats. Among them are white and black circled format (①, ②, ③, ❶, ❷, ❸, …), fullwidth numbers (1, 2, 3, …), math bold font (𝟏, 𝟐, 𝟑, …), monospace numbers (𝟷, 𝟸, 𝟹, …), and extraordinary fonts, such as inverted numbers (⇂, ᘔ, Ɛ, …), reversed numbers (⥜, 𝖲, Ꮛ, …), and other fonts from the generate Unicode numbers app. For each such numeric glyph, the tool finds the corresponding 7-bit decimal digit from the Latin Unicode block (code points from U+0030 to U+0039) and returns it. Thus, you can instantly normalize all Unicode numbers in the text. If you want some numbers to stay in Unicode format, list them in the "Skip Unicode Numbers" option.

In this example, we convert ten random Unicode digits into regular ASCII digits. Each digit uses a different Unicode font: 0 – fullwidth digit, ₁ – subscript indicator, ⓶ – double-circled number, Ɛ – inverted digit, ⒋ – digit with a period, 𝟝 – double struck number, Ⅵ – Roman number, ⁷ – uppercase indicator, ❽ – black circled number, ⑼ – digit in parentheses. Each of these Unicode glyphs is recognized by the webapp and is converted into a regular basic decimal number.
In this example, we normalize a list of birthday dates. We want all Unicode numbers in this list to be converted into normal digits, except for two – white circled double number ⑫ and inverted number ⇂. To do this, we enter the glyphs of these numbers in the "Skip Unicode Numbers" option.
